This isn’t the best video of it

It looks like sensory scratches to me. My little guy does them on everything around him right now. Suppose to be a part of development. But I of course could be wrong

Yes he usually does them on my hand or my clothes especially when feeding then grabs my clothes

As a mom and someone who worked in early childhood development for going on five years, this seems normal to me. Babies are developing motor skills (gross and fine) and are very interested in different textures, even though they may be little they’re still learning and they are very sensory driven. It looks like your little one is just feeling around and using how to use his hands and arms. But if you’re really concerned with it or it doesn’t feel right I’d definitely ask your doctor 😁 but my son does this as well

Totally normal!

Thank you for the reassurance xx

It is normal

Learning how his fingers work grasping reflex by boy did this in his sleep and when feeding

He usually flaps them more frantically than this
