Ikea highchair! You can buy your own cushions/ padding online if you want but it’s also fine on its own & easy to clean x
I have the Joei 6 in 1. Reclines too. Doesn't have a tray underneath but reclines like that. Folds as well. Has a play tray that goes on the dishwasher and separates into a table and chairs when they're a toddler. Chair also comes off to be a booster to travel with. Seat is wipeable and has a washing machine friendly liner too. That's around 99 new currently which I think is cheaper than the Tutti last time I looked? *Edit*. Just looked again and yes very similar actually.

If it helps. My baby is tiny for her age and the inserts help a lot. She's still under 6kg and she's 6m tomorrow and although she looks small in it, she's comfy etc because the insert in it is lovely ❤️
I don’t have a recommendation but would recommend looking on Facebook marketplace as we picked one up significantly cheaper 😊
