Baby waking herself up coughing
My poor baby has a cough at the minute after three colds on the bounce. She keeps waking herself up at night coughing, is there anything I can use apart from the calpol plug in (we’re already using that tonight) that might help her (and me😅) get a better nights sleep?

My baby just got over her cough and sickness, what rlly helped her is vapor rub and LOTS of fluids (juice or anything) I could tell milk was making it worse for her.
My daughters had croup , we put a pillow under the matters to else elevate it one side so she wasn’t lying completely flat . Seemed to help a little.
