I had a discharge that was a bit red and then brown( like the very start and the end of period) for 3 days when I discovered to be pregnant, I was 4 weeks pregnant . I could only find it on the toilet paper, never reached the pants. It was a implantation bleeding but to be safe I went to A&E and they got me checked. I’ve already had 2 scans and 2 blood tests and everything seems to be okay. So I would advise that for peace of mind you would go to get it checked to exclude the chance of an ectopic pregnancy ( extrauterine)
I have exactly the same just when I wipe, it’s implantation bleeding I believe as long as no cramps or heavy bleeding x
Could be implantation bleeding, would definitely call your midwife or GP though
