Thank you! This is my second pregnancy and I didn’t have any
Ugh, YES! It makes everyday walking so hard, I can barely stay in my feet. @Lexi I didn’t know that, I’ll bring it up during my next appointment, thank you! Do you know what it’s called?
@Laura caught me off guard with my second too, in my case it was just the hips relaxing way to early and the belt helped.
Yes...ugh, so early! Almost 14 wks with twins.
Yes! I was in pelvic therapy after my second birth and I happened to still be doing it. I brought it up to my pelvic floor therapist and she has been helping strengthen my pelvic floor. She also suggested compression stockings to improve circulation. And to keep an eye for any varicose veins in my vaginal area as that can cause the pulsing feeling as well.
Yes! Yesterday was my worst day yet; it started activating my sciatica. I had to lay down and put a pillow between my legs for a while, then dit in butterfly {from ballet} for a bit; it gets tricky because I'm always paranoid about not letting anything affect my transabdominal cerclage, so I change positions A LOT.
Had it last pregnancy and am getting it again for my 3rd pregnancy, I would suggest on of the belly support belts, but also talk to your OB, because there is a medical condition with the hips during pregnancy, better to keep them in the loop just in case
