FTM here, so I am 7 weeks post partum and my periods have returned but it’s soooo heavy. I’ve never lost this much blood before? Is it normal to have heavier periods ?

I had mine the other day it was really heavy too, guess it's normal

I certainly had heavier and more painful periods after my first, as well as painful ovulation which I went and checked out- all was fine. I think it’s probably totally normal but if you feel at all worried just check with your doc :)
