Sleep

I have been looking forward to the long weekend to get some much needed extra sleep and rest but am waking at the crack of dawn every morning as usual and unable to get back to sleep even though I feel really tired. Does anyone have anything that helps them get back to sleep?

This is the story of my life, I wake up everyday between 3-5am and just cannot get back to sleep!

Yep I’m having exactly the same problem 🤦🏻‍♀️😩 and annoyingly in the evenings although I’m tired I just can’t seem to go to bed before like 11pm and then I’m walking up so early in the morning 😩 I think my problem is just trying to get comfortable, my back is aching in ever position, my nose has literally been blocked since the start of pregnancy.. and I think in general I’m just struggling to get back comfortable once I’m awake so then just get up 🤦🏻‍♀️😂

Yeah I do not feel rested either 😅 I never sleep through without waking and when i wake up I feel like i didnt sleep!

I use the calm app to listen to meditations to help me fall asleep at night and again if I wake at stupid o clock. I also wear a black out mask to keep light out. Works for me :)

I keep waking up every 2 hours ISH for the toilet so I am so tired everyday all day 🫣 I going to bed quite early and I fall asleep but yes this every 2 hours is been now for a while so when is after 12 pm I am already falling asleep when I am working or in my day off
