If possible, I’d get up and go into another room and sit up on a sofa or a chair. Prop yourself up with pillows and make yourself cooler by wearing short pjs or drinking cool water. I didn’t feed my son in bed for weeks because I was so sleep deprived I didn’t trust myself not to drift off so I took him into his nursery where we had a spare high back chair
Maybe try having some water next to you and use cotton pads to apply to your eyes as well as drinking cold water - that’s what I used to do, hope it helps 😊
