Symptoms!

I’m 22weeks 5days and this last week or so I’ve popped and suddenly starting to feel it physically. Constant need to wee but not really needing one, legs aching as though I’ve done a workout (I should of but I havent🤪), feet aching, light cramping. Anyone else finding this? I’m worried it’s too early to start feeling it physically like this. I do work long days 7am-3.30pm as a TA in a school so on my feet a lot and have 4 year old twins so don’t exactly get much of a rest when I’m home either but still! Xx

I feel the same, I’m 22 + 2, and the bump is here! So worried about how big I’m going to get. My energy is a bit better as I manage to workout 4x a week and walk etc, but it’s so much harder. I’m in the office 3 days a week so out the house from 6:45am to 7pm with a 90 min commute each way…. I don’t know how I’m going to manage when I’m bigger!

How do you do the long days with the commute and also managing to work out!? I went for a walk earlier and lasted 15mins before feeling like I was about to burst needing a wee, I had literally been for one before I left for my walk 🙈 Thankfully my energy levels are not too bad but when it comes to an evening once I’ve put my little ones to bed then made lunches ect for the next day I’m wrecked and barely have time to work out. It’s a hard juggle isn’t it! But will be worth it 💖xx

I work out on the days I’m not in the office. I couldn’t do both. Also walk my dog the days I’m not in, and then I’m out and about in London quite a bit on the days I am in the office. I have to wee at the station and then I’m desperate by the time I get to the office - nightmare! Might just start wearing a nappy 😂

🤣🤣🤣 not a bad idea!
