@Inesse yh he's the youngest of 7 (blended family) and it's been so noisey last 2 weeks with it being Easter holidays.. so i guess that makes sense as to why he become harder to settle
Hey! This is exactly our experience! My baby boy is 10 weeks old and we literally go thru the same thinga as you mentioned. After asking that same questions here, i have downloaded an app to help track sleep and wake windows, will see how that goes, but also i am just trying to embrace it somehow as they don’t stay so tiny for long and will miss these days at some point. Unless you have other kids to look after, try to embrace it rather than fight it. It will get better, mine now sleeps for 30-45 min at a time, used to be 10-15 min.
My 9 week old is exactly the same she just is barely sleeping and relying on 20 minute contact naps however she was a nicu baby so I find white noise and rocking her next to me helps x
My 9 week old used to be the same, i also have an app to track wake windows & things the last two weeks school holidays too he’s been letting me put him down in his pram for naps after contact settling and has to have white noise on and he’ll have a good hour or more sometimes x
@Luiza what app is it that u use?
@Charlotte what app is it that you use?
Huckleberry, one of the ladies on Peanut told me about it. I am impressed by it. I am using the 15 days trial for now, but i am really considering paying for it as it gives you access to a sleep consultant.

My baby boy is the same. The only way to get him to sleep and have a decent nap is pure silence and dark which is not ideal but what can you do 🤷‍♀️ I have a toddler and doesn’t work as she’s not 2 yet so does not understand the concept of “be quiet”
