Vinted help

Hi all, i sold an item via inPost which the buyer didnt pick up. It says on the courier tracking they picked it up to return back to me. I’ve not received it and it’s been a month, no update on their tracking. I’ve contacted vinted couple of times and today the agent was being rude and said they wont compensate me and I have no idea why and what to do. They’ve refunded the buyer quite quickly. Please help.

Have you tried contacting the company they used for delivery?

Yeah I would try to contact the delivery company to find out what's going on. Vinted are useless and they're never any help with anything

Yes I contacted inPost few times too and they said to contact Vinted 🤷🏻‍♀️

Vinted are meant to compensate you for lost/damage parcels it’s in the t&c and I’m sure that’s why there’s an extra £1 or so added to the original price anyway to cover things like that I’d keep pestering them until someone does something about x

@Lucy that’s what I thought. Then the vinted customer service person got an attitude and said I won’t get anything. I’ve contacted them 4 times now. Wish me luck 🫠 not sure what i can do next x
