Keeping upright
Do you guys keep your baby upright after feeds and for how long? Are they formula fed or breastfed?

Yes EBF and upright for 10-15m after. Our first babies (twins) had awful reflux so it’s what I’m used to (although we had to keep them upright for 30m). I slightly suspect silent reflux with this baby so just trying to make sure he’s as comfortable as possible for sleep

Hi lovely, I EBF and keep him upright after a feed the majority of the time. Can be anywhere from a couple of minutes to 20-30 minutes. I try to go off his cues but he likes being on my shoulder anyway so he's upright quite often. Night feeds I aim for shorter periods x
