Boobs

I just finished breast-feeding and my boobs are now a saggy A cup… has anybody ever experienced maybe them filling out a tiny bit overtime over the years? Even just alittle bit :(

Mine went from a DD to a D but they have lost tons of volume and sag a bit too. Not the worst but definitely enough to make me lose confidence. Also have one boob slightly bigger than the other which also bothers me. I stopped breastfeeding years ago and still no difference still.

This was me but more from DD to C after my son. From the side they were completely flat and I hated it, they stuck that way for the next three years until 2nd pregnancy and they’ve filled back up to a DD. I presume they’ll sag again once I give birth/stop breastfeeding x

My boobs deflated after breastfeeding both kids and now that I am over 2 years PP, they are starting to look back to normal. I would say it took at least 6 months to notice any changes to them.

Apparently upper back and general chest exercises can help re strengthen the muscles that help keep your boobs perky can help but it's not miracle re perking technique. If that doesn't work unfortunately basically surgery is the way

Mine took about a year to “plump” back up. Not back to pre-pregnancy but also not the floppy elastic sacks they were just after stopping breastfeeding 😅
