If it’s on whites, I use a Milton tablet xx
Second the washing up liquid! Smother the stain and leave for 10 mins at least to soak in and then wash as normal! I use it for everyyyyything
I usually soak them in washing up liquid and hot water then in the wash i put the usual in plus OxyActive Stain Remover, if it’s white i add Oxi Action x
Napisan is the king
Washing up liquid or Napisan are great. I soak the clothes, wash as normal and try to dry in the sun on the washing line (if we're lucky enough with the weather!) as sun gets out the yellowing really well.
The pink stuff oxi powder I swear by it they make one for colours and one for whites. Just create a paste with the powder and apply and rub into to the stain, I leave it for about an hour and then rinse it off, it’s rare the stain will need treating again. Then I just pop the clothes in the wash like normal and they come out as if nothing happened 😊
Pop it in the wash like normal and then lay it out in the sun 😁
Sunlight soap!
Elbow Grease soap!!! Life saver. Can be found in Poundland Home Bargains, B&M. Or Amazon but its a bit pricey on there.

Washing up liquid!
Washing up liquid has worked for me every time, soak for 10 mins or so then pop in the wash!
I tried Milton and it was rubbish I then tried napisan and it’s soo good x
Washing liquid or baking soda or white vinegar wash the stain right away though if you leave it then harder to get out or won’t come out
Napisan everytime. Just leave them soaking in hot water with a scoop of it in or bad stains give it a bit of a scrub first with the napisan 🙌🏻
I used cold water, run the item of clothing under the cold tap on the stain and get a sponge to rub on it, then put in the washing machine as normal! Works a dream for us!
For me, Fairy (dish washing liquid) is the best thing ever! No stain has managed to survive!
