C section incision

I still have some numbness 9 month PP. So strange being able to see yourself touch the scar but have no feeling of it 😂 Was recommended scar massaging to get the nerves back but busy mom life I always forget

Yes - mine too! And on one side it really hurts.

I’m a year pp and still don’t have much feeling around my scar 😅

@Samantha me too, I was told it was the side they pulled baby out from so is more tender!

Yes I thought yesterday maybe it was infected but I don’t have any other symptoms of infection just this horrid pulling feeling on one side when I’m moving about! I keep stroking my stomach to see if it has feeling but nope! X

Totally normal. It took months after each of my sections to get full sensation back, the nerve were severed so numbness is normal. My other scars were numb for ages too.

I'm 13 months pp and I'm still numb my mother in law had my husband by c section 36 years ago and she's still numb
