Will pumping affect my milk supply?
I'm exclusively breastfeeding my baby (almost 5 weeks old). My right nipple is so sore & isn't getting a chance to heal. If I feed baby off my other breast and pump from the sore breast for a day or 2 to allow it to heal, will it affect my milk supply in that breast? I don't want to do anything that will make my supply drop!

Pumping should help to keep your supply. Also when you’re not pumping I highly recommend wearing silverette cups on your nipples, if you haven’t already.
@𝗄𝖾𝗅𝗌𝖾𝗒 same. This is a life saver when they are cluster feeding, you are sleep deprived and someone else can help give a bottle 😂😂 it also helped my supply massively so I’ve started building a good stash for the freezer!
