To read BBT it’s much easier to input it into an app that will show a chart. Flo, fertility friend, premom apps will all do it for you. Temps fluctuate, that’s normal, you’re looking for 3 consecutive temps that are higher than the previous 6 to confirm ovulation.

Yeah that’s fine, you can transfer the data over to an app. Google BBT charts, it’s helpful to see x
