First time breast feeding my second baby could someone tell me the storage rules please , how long in fridge and out on side and when freezing how you defrost ect thank you xx

4 days in fridge, 4 hours at room temperature freshly pumped, 2hrs if thawed from frozen and now room temperature , 2 hr if baby starts bottle but not finished , 6 months freezer , 12 months deep freezer. Thaw in cool water good for 24hrs . Never re-freeze completely thawed milk

Advice on this changes depending on where you are.. I follow the 6/6/6 rule, 6 hours freshly pumped on the side, 6 days in the fridge, 6 months in the freezer

Maybe different health boards give different advice. I was always told 6 months freezer, 6 days fridge, 6 hours room temp, same as @Charley x
