Yes, I had this !! I'm also 24 weeks, and this started at 19 weeks for me. At first, I thought it was low blood pressure causing it, and I got that ruled out. Had iron, thyroid, and infection levels checked and ruled that out. Finally, I got given Prochlorperazine, which took away the dizziness but not the sickness, and now on Xonvea, which has alleviated both symptoms mostly ! 🙏🏻 It was too disruptive for me to try and live through as I couldnt even go to work, so 2weeks into it, I went to the pregnancy unit at the hospital to have tests done and then called the GP for medication. Other advice is to stay hydrated! And eat little and often. I found that overeating at meal times made me feel more sick, so I had to reduce my portion sizes. Hope you feel better soon 🥰
