Has anyone used baby planet for a pram?

It’s cheaper to buy the mamas and papas pram on this website however the reviews seemed very mixed so not sure how legit it is?

Even if they are legit, it doesn't mean they’re reliable. I ordered my pram from another shop– legit, but completely unreliable. My pram arrived only after seven weeks and hundreds of calls. They never once tried to contact me about delays or provide any updates. I always had to chase them. There were even issues with the delivery: wrong color and, weirdly, an extra carry cot. They only offered to cancel the order or give me 10% off my next purchase (as if I’d ever buy from them again). I ended up keeping the pram in the wrong color, returned the extra carry cot, and insisted on a 10% refund instead. Given there have been similar situations with Baby Planet, according to Trustpilot, and with our due date in May, I personally wouldn’t want to risk it again.

@Meis sounds frustrating to deal with! Yeah this is my worry as it’s getting close now

@Meis it is about £150 saving tho so is tempting!

@Charlotte When is your due date? And what would you do if the baby arrives before the pram? Maybe you have a plan B or a temporary solution in case the pram arrives late?

I got mine from uk baby Center and we got amazing savings for going for the model that was discontinued. Maybe you can find there something - delivery was prompt and items are new in original packing

Yes used baby planet- came on time and all as stated!!

Saved nearly 1 grand! Crazy!

@Mia 😮 good to hear a good review. Just checked again and it’s £350 saving. Don’t get how they have them so much cheaper

@Meis due 21st May, this is the thing I guess I’d have to buy a different one in the interim if she arrived before 😕

@Charlotte I'm also due 21st May. ❤️ We still have a month. If it's so much money you're saving, in the worst case you have the option to just cancel the order (maybe check their policy) and buy something else, then maybe it's worth the risk.

I live in Derby bought ours from the store on Abbey Street mamas and papas ocarro in grey mist really good service £600 including maxi cosi cabrio isize car seat and isofix base staff also showed us how to install it in our car then checked it was in safely and correct would definitely recommend Picked it up last week due 21st of May

If you do plan to buy from them, use a credit card if you have one. Then if there are any issues you have greater protection from your bank than if you used a debit card.

I got my travel system from there. Order arrived really quickly! (It was cosatto brand and delivery is on the brand as they order in) It arrived quite early and they kept it for me until we collected it a few months later. They were really helpful and friendly. (Derby store)

Ordered pram March 5th, still not arrived. Chased relentlessly, they only provide updates if you ask and never have an answer for you. If it’s in stock then it’s fine, if not then it’s just having to chase them constantly.

@Rebecca eek not ideal! Hope it arrives soon for you!
