Last nap and bedtime...

When does everyone's baby have their last nap, how long for and the wake window between nap and bedtime? I find my baby likes to have his longest nap late afternoon/evening (I try to wake him earlier but he just goes back to sleep 🤦🏻‍♀️) I try to keep him up for 2 hours before bed, usually around 9pm. He's never been a great sleeper, and I'm wondering if his last nap is the reason why 🤷🏻‍♀️

My baby tends to nap quite deeply from around 7 or 8. I wake him for a feed and bottle somewhere between 9 and 10 and then he sleeps until baout 4 or 5 in the morning.

My daughter is 15 weeks Wednesday and has dropped down to 3 naps mainly sometimes 4 a day her first nap being 2-3 hours long and the second being about 1-2 hours and the 3rd nap she has about 5ish and is always awake by 6/6:30 she is really upset when she wakes up im assuming its because shes really tired by then but we then have a bath a bottle between 7-7:30 depending on wake up time and then bed by 7:45 she wakes up once or twice throughout the night and is up any time between 6-7 or 7:30 if im lucky x

14 weeks tomorrow and we follow her cues for naps. She doesn’t have a strict routine and naps for as long as she wants whenever she wants. We won’t be looking at a formal routine until around 5ish months tbh. But most evenings she naps on me downstairs from around 8:30pm until 10pm when we go upstairs and then she has nappy changed and final feed. She falls asleep on the boob around 11pm and is then transferred to her next to me where she sleeps until 7am when my partners work alarm goes off. She then has her nappy changed again and then falls back to sleep on the boob around 8am and sleeps until around 11am.

Oh wow, you all have such good sleepers, I'm jealous 😅 I usually get a 4-6 hour stretch, then he's awake every 1-2 hours after that! So I find the later he goes to bed the better as I can sleep when he sleeps! I tried to give him an earlier bedtime, but the nights were longgg!!
