How do I read this?

I don't understand how to read bbt charts. This is only maybe 10 days' worth, and not even every day. Lol.

You’re supposed to take BBT the same way at the same time every morning as soon as you wake up, before you move, get up, drink or talk. It’s important it’s at the same time of day and after at least 3 hours of sleep. A chat with a few readings across the cycle isn’t going to tell you anything really. You’re looking for 6 low temps followed by 3 consecutive high, this is how you pinpoint ovulation. I might be wrong but looking at the above chart, I could guess you’re in your literal phase as your temps are quite high. Were you looking to see something specific in your chart ?

@Holly i was curious as to what I was looking for at all. Lol. I've never used the bbt chart. Thank you for the info. That's helpful :)

No worries, happy if I helped :) some women use charting to prevent, some to ttc. But it is retrospective data, so you will need OPKs to have an estimate of when you’ll ovulate if you need to know ahead to try

And idk if this is common knowledge, I didn’t know before I started charting, that you need a double decimal thermometer. The one with a single digit decimal won’t do
