I think I messed up
I’ve been on Lexapro for about 6 months now and have been wanting to get off of it due to it just not doing much and potentially irritating other medical problems, about a week ago I had a stomach bug and didn’t take my meds for about 3 days and decided that since it had already been 3 days maybe I’d already started the withdrawal process I had some nausea and shakes over the last week or so and some irritability but over the last 4 days I’ve had bouts of uncontrollable vertigo I can hardly get out of bed or function I don’t know what to do is this from withdrawal? I thought it would have cleared up by now but now I’m reading that withdrawal can last weeks what do I do?! Go back to the doctor? Go back in my meds? Tough it out?!

It is very dangerous to just stop taking SSRIs cold turkey. You need to take your medicine and talk to your doctor about being weaned off.
Start taking it again at your previous does AND make a doctor appointment. You have to wean off it slowly.
I stopped taking 10mg of Celexa recently and the vertigo is no joke 😩 it's been a week of it for me so far.

Go to the doctor. You're supposed to be slowly weaned from this medication. If you don't, you could have a stroke. I'd go to your doctor immediately they will advise you the best. Probably lowering your doses until you are off.
