long feeding sessions
is anyone else tired of long feeding sessions? my 5 week old has .5 -1 hr sessions. i often wonder if everything os alright, but her nappy count is on the spot. does it get better?

ohh Anna, yes the same , she also cluster feeds.
Is she swallowing or just sucking? Worth looking up some videos to note the difference. You can encourage swallowing with breast compressions and if just sucking it’s up to you if you keep them on for comfort or delatch, burp and offer the other boob

We're the same. And especially in the evening he cluster feeds so if feels like hours 🫠 I just make sure I have plenty to drink and snacks near by to keep me going. Now that my little boy is 7 weeks, I've started to express a small amount and my husband is has tried him with a bottle twice as I've felt very touched out from a long feeding session and this has satisfied him 🙈 I've read they get better at getting the milk out quicker the older they get so holding out here too 🤞🏽
