How long to wait

I’ve heard 2 hrs so that’s how long I wait for it to run through me

1 hr per cup

I used a chart actually that’s based on your weight too. I can look for it. But a wine cooler is very low in alcohol volume, so I think 1-2 hours a cup is more than enough

I’ve been advised that now having a drink or two is totally safe to breastfeed baby with out waiting. I don’t drink so I don’t have to worry about it but the old pump and dump isn’t really what they tell you now
