I always dab them with a wet flannel when she has a bath to keep them clean and then I put Eucerin eczema cream on. Nice and moisturising thick cream. I think stuff just gets stuck in the folds also old skin and it needs some maintenance as it’s tricky to get there. Easier to wipe with baby upside down 🤣
I try to keep them clean and dry every day but I might miss one day and then I look and they’re so sore! It’s so difficult to get too aswell and he always fights against me getting to them bits and then I feel so guilty when it get sore. Thank you I will try sudocream

Yes it really helps them she struggle with her neck rolls where the milk sometimes dribbles down x
@Molly that’s what’s happened to my boy, some of his bibs are too big so it just runs down his neck and I guess I miss some sometimes! Thank you xx
Sudocrem always seemed to gather lint which I don't think helped the irritation. The HV told us to use a bit of vaseline which absorbs and cleared up the sore bits overnight!
