Tender

I'm 7 nearly 8 weeks PP and my tummy had calmed down a lot, it's still tender and numb in some places but no where near what it was like at 3 PP x

9 months pp here and its still tender! Obviously nowhere near as much as it was, but it takes years to heal fully!

It takes a long time. 3rd time C-section mum here, 14 weeks pp, and it will take a while!

18 months pp still a bit tender!

Thanks ladies. Such a long time but glad that this is normal. Have you all carried on with your normal activities? I’ve been too scared to do too much but do feel able to do alot more than I have been

I've not started yet. Still waiting for my 6 week pp appointment to get cleared 😂 ill be 10 weeks when I have it
