Baby dates

So I have the soft play and I have a space in the Clarendon Park area. Question is- if I set up a group to start once a week on a Sunday- how many mums of babies or toddlers would be interested? It’d be £5 entry, there would be access to drinks and snacks (purchased separately) but I just want to know the interest it would have before I go any further. If it took off, I would then offer more slots and days but I’m still working full time so would be weekends to begin with. Any feedback would be great. As a first time mum in the area, there wasn’t a huge amount for us to do that didn’t involve driving somewhere else. Any other suggestions would be great! Thanks in advance.
