Does anyone’s else’s baby hate being on their knees, my 10month is no where near even trying to crawl, I try tummy time and getting her into the position but everytime she kneels she cries like it’s hurting her?

Try some baby knee pads . Maybe that might help.. I got some for my daughter and she enjoyed crawling around and eventually she just started taking them off on her own
Try taking them outside on some soft grass

You should sit on the floor with her between your legs set her up on her knees but her arm pits leaned over your thigh and have toys on the other side of your thigh so she's tempted to lean over and grab them. It'll take some of the pressure off her knees until she can build up those muscles
