yeah, it's totally normal for them to wake up sometimes, even if they've been sleeping through the night, so don't stress too much about it! a little MOTN bottle here and there probably won't undo all your hard work, but just keep an eye on it, you know? I actually checked the 'Heal App' for this and here's what it says: "It's not uncommon for babies who have been sleep trained to occasionally wake up in the middle of the night, even if they previously slept through. This can happen for various reasons, including growth spurts, teething, or changes in routine. Offering a midnight bottle occasionally, especially if you suspect hunger, is generally okay and shouldn't completely undo your sleep training efforts. However, consistency is key, so try to assess if this is a one-time occurrence or a pattern. Have you noticed any changes in your baby's daytime feeding or activity that might explain the nighttime wake-up?"
Pretty normal. my boy mostly sleeps through but there are a few time he wakes up screaming. Between 9 - 12 months they can experience separation anxiety. It can be a sleep regression. A developmental leap. A growth spurt ( more hungry than usual) never think you got sleep locked down they love changing it up.
I dont have a sleep trained baby but that sounds super normal. Especially if in a leap or growth spurt which baby could very possibly be in. There is a spurt around 9 months and every baby is different on timing so your little one could just be hitting that. Increased hunger is normal and a sign of leaps and spurts along with sleepiness and extra fussy. I wouldn't worry and just give baby what he/she needs in that moment to feel more comfortable. Things should go back to normal within a couple weeks.
