Yes! 4 weeks old today and started the last few days fighting afternoon naps too! Yesterday we went from 2-8pm without a nap and it was impossible to settle him!
We've had to resort to my boy sleeping on his tummy on his playmat as he just does not like contact naps. Only for naps he sleeps fine on his back at night. He'll do one 2-2.5 hr nap in the morning and around 4 30-45 minutes nap in the afternoon before bedtime.
My 5 week old clusterfeed from 7am to 5pm until we finally put her in the carrier (much to her dislike) and took her for a Walk through the house. She finally fell asleep for an hour and now she is wide awake again.
Yep same thing is happening with my 7 week old she would nap in the morning for about 1 hour and 30 minutes 2 hours if I’m lucky and if we were to go out she nap all the way there and back again and as soon as we come home she is wide awake throughout the rest of the day only when I’m holding her will she then fall asleep and have her little cat naps in my arms.
Yep! My 5 week old won’t sleep, not even contact nap will just lay there in arms and if he does eventually drift off he will wake up at the slightest move! He get so overtired he doesn’t know what to do with himself!! I’m so glad it’s not just my baby
