I get this as well but only because I’m trying to counteract my walking when my sciatica/PGP flares up, it could be you’re walking differently to normal with bump etc
Likely shin splints as you have increased load on the bones. Will just need to rest and should improve in a few weeks. Also really important to wear comfy springy soles trainers to minimise impact xx
