Milk intake and night wakings

I need ya'lls advice/recommendation as a mom My child (21 months) has been nursing 1-2x a night for almost his entire life so far. I stopped nursing 3 nights ago. So now instead of the breast he has a bottle. And he demands it. Like last night I told him we were out of milk (I didn't have a second bottle prepped) and he went and grabbed the bottle out of the fridge and brought it to me to emphasize his desire. Because of that he totaled 50oz of milk yesterday, which granted is the most I've ever documented. Which is double what he is supposed to get. I don't know what to do when it comes to stopping the night feedings. I thought if I stopped nursing, then the middle of the night wakings would stop. It hasn't and I don't know what to do And I also don't know what to do about the milk situation. And I feel like if I get one figured out the other one may fall into place. My only solutions I can think of is: A) cut all milk feedings in half B) stop the nap time feedings. And only offer water and keep the night and bedtime feedings the same C) add in Rice cereal to the bedtime bottle to see if that does anything Extra info that might help: He eats dinner around 530-6. And bedtime is 730-8. He eats just about everything on his plate majority of the time. Dude likes food for the most part. But he loves milk more. And he goes down for sleep really quickly to The only times he gets milk is before nap time, at bedtime, and if he wakes up during the night. Sometimes he'll ask for more during the sleeping times and I'll give him only a few extra ounces. At sleeping times I'll put a half tablespoon of local honey in it since we are in an allergy heavy area, with a extensive family history of environmental allergies. During the day and meals he'll get water or water with a flavor packet in it. Rarely anything else. I want to sleep. I feel like it's starting to effect me, especially this last week since I've been sick. And I'm not sure what to do.

That is a lot of milk. Can you try increasing solid food throughout the day?

@Bethany I want to say I try and that he eats. On days he's not at daycare. He has breakfast sometime within an hour or two of waking. If he wants a snack he usually says eat and I'll let him have whatever fruit he wants. He'll get lunch about 30min to an hour before nap. Lunch always has a protein, fruit and veg if available or something fun or new to eat. He'll get a snack after nap time. Which is usually something small I could increase the volume of the snacks
