When I remember. Cod liver oil, vitamin d (there isn’t enough sunlight in Scotland), Vitamin c and iron. I have night time supplements with camomile melatonin etc for when I’m working nights to help me sleep.

I do take multis. And hair skin nails, another hair vitamin, and collagen powder in my morning coffee. I don’t take sea moss, I eat it. Seaweed salad is my fav and I buy the packs from the Asian store in the freezer and have it as a side w my meals. Anything seaweed is very good for you. Asians eat sea moss/sea weed we don’t take it as a supplement. Same as omega 3 (fish) or fish oil, we eat it weekly instead.
Vitamin D3, NAC, vitamin C, MethylB-Folate, and then of course my prenatal (I think that would fall under multivitamin though)
Just a prenatal still since I’m still breastfeeding

I really want to try sea moss, has anyone found its good? I use pregnancy collagen from purermama
I take grass fed beef organs. Was thinking about starting black seed oil.
