Formula feeding

So I had a prep machine for my 1st but keep seeing lots of praise for the nuby rapid cool things, how do these work? Are they better? Thoughts and reviews please 🙏🙏

I have the Tommee Tipee prep machine as it was recommended to me from another parent. I think it’s amazing the only thing that puzzling me is why it’s stopped bleeping? 🤔 But all in all an outstanding machine making baby formula in quick time.

I've got a tommy tippee prep machine and a nuby rapid cool. Personally I wouldn't recommend the rapid cool for younger babies as you have to leave it to reset for 3 hours, so if baby needs feeding before 3 hours, it's no good - unless you have two. That being said the rapid cool is brilliant for feeding out and about I would 100 percent recommend the tommy tippee, it has been an absolute life saver for quick feeds when needed Also you need a cold water or UV steriliser for rapid cool as you can't steam sterilise the lids

We’ve got both. We use the prep machine for home and the rapid cool for out and about. We do the hot shot method with the Nuby so that we don’t have to sterilise it 😄

@Bec what’s the hot shot method ?

Prep machines are the best thing every invented 😂 my other two are 16 and 12 and they wasn’t invented then , it’s like a whole new experience takes so much stress out of feeding times

Honestly I just used the fridge method, make your bottles up in the morning or night before and store them in the fridge, when you need them just heat them up. The bottles can be stored for up to 24 hours in the fridge so you just make up what you know you’ll use within that period. It worked a treat and never had any issues. Some people moan and say not to do it but NHS website says you can and it makes life a lot easier x

We have prep machine at home then the nuby for out and about
