"For breastfeeding mothers, it's important to focus on a balanced diet that supports both your energy needs and milk production. Aim for a variety of whole foods, including lean proteins (like chicken, fish, and legumes), whole grains (such as brown rice and oats), healthy fats (like avocados and nuts), and plenty of fruits and vegetables. Incorporating nutrient-dense snacks, like yogurt or hummus with veggies, can help you maintain energy levels while managing weight. Staying hydrated is also crucial, so drink plenty of water throughout the day. How many calories are you currently consuming, and do you have any specific dietary preferences or restrictions?
