If nights are being affected, I would reduce the amount of daytime sleep she’s having. At this age average daytime sleep needs are typically 2-3 hours with 10-11 hours sleep overnight. If early rising is becoming an issue, I would gradually push bedtime later too. Hope this helps x
Cut the nap to 2 hours x
My 14 months old routine- Wake 7am Nap 12-2 ish (sometimes it’s earlier, sometimes it’s later. Sometimes he has 2hrs, sometimes a little longer if he got up earlier) Bed for 7:30 Mostly sleeps all night. He wakes occasionally but only for his dummy and goes straight back to sleep x 11 until 2:30 is far too long, that’s why she’s having split nights- too much daytime sleep . Babies this age need around 2hrs day time sleep and 11-13 hours night sleep x
My girls 14 months too , usually gets up at 7 and goes down round 10 Ish to maybe 12ish then she’d rather be up from midday until bedtime at 7. I take her up to bath at 6:20 and by time she’s ready to have milk (ebf) it’s 6:50 and most times she’s definitely asleep by 7/7:10pm . My girl much prefers to nap in the morning than do it in the afternoon. But if she does nap in the afternoon it depends if she’s only slept 30/45 in the morning. She’s been recovering from croup over this past week so things have changed slightly and nap lengths have been longer but still only one , sometimes 2 .
