One nap
How old was your little one when you went to one nap??
He is 9m and the last couple weeks he has been refusing his 2nd nap which obv results in him one have one nap. Is he to young for just one right now?? He does sleep from 6:30/7pm-7-8am which makes me think he might be fine with one.

That’s currently what I’m dealing with too, you’re not alone! I believe this time around they tend to fight naps, another sleep regression
My sons the same age and he take like 3 a day
