I do #movewithnicole for full body Pilates workouts and booty workouts by #getfitbyivana but honestly just type in yoga or Pilates or butt workout and there’s heaps. Whatever comes up I do. For Zumba I like ZumbaSuzy. I do some yoga/stretching on days that I’m sore, a day after a full body workout. All on YouTube. Sometimes I just put on a Reggaeton mix and swing my hips and do squats to the beat

Yep, I agree with Hallie. i followed her workouts and healthy diet and lost 15kgs.
I just search for “walk at home” on Youtube, its aerobics and quite fun and easy.
