Waking at night!
Our 8 month old wakes up screaming and won’t stop until he joins us in our bed and is fed back to sleep in our bed.
Any suggestions on encouraging him to sleep in his own bed and remove the feed to sleep association. He also doesn’t like to fall asleep unless he is rocked in the pram or in the car 😩😩
likely just a sleep regression phase 😫 my 10 month old did 4 nights in his own bed with a little cry to himself around 2/3 am and did really well, but he now won’t go back to sleep again unless he’s in with us. Give him time, i’m sure it’ll pass and you’ll be able to try again, it’s okay to let baby cry and self soothe, if you run to them straight away they’ll never learn that they’re okay and safe in they’re own bed x
