I usually get restless legs because of caffeine and not going to bed early enough. I’m not sure if ur drinking caffeine in the day but that is my big trigger so I don’t drink it after a certain time.

Magnesium oil helped me a bit but it was soo annoying

Taking a magnesium vitamin per day took my restless legs away within a couple of days, if I miss a day it comes back so I know its the magnesium that’s been helping x

I take magnesium but a special magnesium, not the standard as there are four types of magnesium. It takes about two days to work. Message me if you want a photo. Also, for immediate relief wrap a sock around your foot under the balls of your feet and over and squeeze it for 5 seconds. It helps usually ❤️ You might be able to find a YouTube video if my instructions aren’t clear.

What kind of magnesium can you take @Nicole ? I hate having this restless legs as well 😔

*types of magnesium in multivitamins Sorry, not sure what I typed before, utter nonsense 😂

Thank you for this! I can get this just over the counter?

The only thing that worked for me was paracetamol, I’d take 2 and eat a banana every night about half an hour before I went to bed and it did the trick, I had it really bad for about 3 months x

Whatever you do don't take antihistamines like Benadryl. Heat/cold helps

ugh, that sounds rough! have you tried stretching or maybe a warm bath before bed? sometimes that helps a bit... but yeah, restless legs can be such a pain! here's what the 'Heal App' says.... "I'm really sorry to hear that you're struggling with restless legs; it can be incredibly frustrating and exhausting. First, consider trying some simple lifestyle changes: regular exercise during the day can help, as well as establishing a calming bedtime routine. Additionally, stretching your legs before bed or using a warm compress may provide relief. If these measures don't help, over-the-counter options like magnesium supplements or iron (if you're deficient) might be worth exploring, but it's best to check with a healthcare provider before starting any new supplements. Have you noticed any specific triggers or patterns that make your restless legs worse?
