Very confused, please help me to stop going down rabbit holes

So a couple of weeks ago I very randomly felt incredibly sick and thought I actually was going to throw up, as well as having a one off random brown stringy bit of tissue when I wiped. I was 5/6 days dpo and thought why not to doing a test the following morning, which came back with a faint positive. I know that's early, and we had a chemical pregnancy last month so felt like I needed to wait for that second test to come back positive to really let it in and go with it but I did the whole not drinking or eating certain things. I started feeling hot at times, very nauseous, very tired, so it started feeling more real and intense than last time. I then started with brown and pinkish spotting a few days ago (estimated I would have been due to start my period this weekend if my dates hadn't gotten muddled on my app due to my miscarriage), and on Sunday I started bleeding quite moderately with quite painful cramps. Now my periods are very heavy and very painful, to the point that the first day usually painkillers don't really touch it just dull it down. This was not the case on Sunday, and yesterday as the day progressed it went from a light bleed back to spotting with very minimal cramps or like the implantation cramps in my left side that I've had most of this past week at times. I did a test when I got home from staying with family, was negative, and I did a test this morning which was negative again. This bleeding this weekend did not feel like my miscarriage or my period at all, I'm still spotting brown blood but I'm very confused as to what's going on and keep going down rabbit holes for answers. Has anyone else experienced this?

I’m really sorry it sounds like another chemical pregnancy. Are you due your period?

@Rhonda if I hadn't had my last chemical I would have started around now yes, it just feels very different to my last chemical where I was practically laid up for 2 days in pain. My period is more flowing than this also

I’m sorry you’re experiencing this, it does sound like a chemical or your body adjusting still after the previous month, I’ve had 3 losses and after each time it’s taken a couple of months for my body to adjust to its cycle and I’ve had very heavy periods usually the first cycle after the loss. It may also be that your hcg didn’t go back down to zero and that’s why you got a faint positive. I would definitely speak to your gp and try and get referred to your EPU so they can do some tests and check for you 🙏🏻

Thank you, got a GP appointment on Wednesday so hopefully we'll get some answers then
