Cmpa sign poop?

I have a 5 old boy who is always been coliky .. then silent reflux ( on omeprazole- helping to some extent) . He is breastfeeding and sometime expressed and bottle. But in the last month or so his poop became very moucosy. We are unde infant team who always told me that breastfeed babied are less likely to have cmpa.. however we got to the stage i said i will eliminate all dairy.. he use to have explosive poops around 7-8 a day, eczema .. but they kept saying lets treat ss individual issues. But now ive stopped dairy for 3 weeks and he does seem better however his poops are still mucosy.. yesterday i gave him some breastmilk that was frozen ( think expressed it when i started cutting dairy) . And this is his poop today.. ( sorry) he only poops nou maximum 2 a day.. could this be a proof he is cmpa?

My son’s pediatrician told me that it takes about 2 weeks for the dairy to completely leave our bodies while we’re breastfeeding. So the poop could still look like mucus for a couple more weeks after eliminating it. They should be able to test him for CMPA at his dr appointment. They just need a sample of his poop.

@Thais we are in uk , here they don’t test it as i asked for it..

Oh no. That’s unfortunate. I’m sorry.

It may be a milk allergy. My little girls poo was a seedy texture, stringy and mucus & was loose and green like. She also was crying a lot & threw up during and after every bottle and has spots on her face x

@Chloe i am on 3rd week dairy free , we will challange him next week which i am not looking forward to. We also been prescribed today Aptamil pepti 1 which he wont take it🤯 he wont take any kind of formula , tried before and had no luck… so probably ill be jusy bf him till the end?
