A cuppa of tea is nowhere near the recommended caffeine intake. 1 cup of coffee is practically all of it.

I gave up coffee for lent and fell pregnant during lent so I went straight on to decaf
I’ve am full cold turkey, but only because I had when trying to conceive I wouldn’t stress about a couple of cups of tea!
A couple of cups of coffee/tea are absolutely fine. I think the "recommended" is not exceeding 200mg caffeine. I have a cup of coffee in the morning and then iced tea or a coke zero in the afternoon for a small energy boost otherwise I am exhausted.
I worked out with my first you can have like 2 cups of tea a day. This time around I'm not worried about how much tea I drink
I’m drinking 1 decaf per day. This way, if it is accidentally not decaf (not sure I 100% trust coffee shops all the time), then I’m still below the limit :)
