newborn mums near edgware?

I'm in Stanmore I have a 1yr old but if allowed there is a children's centre that havr a baby group on a Friday morning! I beleive that you have to be like a harrow resident to attend , from what I've heard as a woman came from Watford one time and was turned away 🤦🏻‍♀️
