We don't have a rigid routine because we let her wake up when she's ready, but that's any time between 6 and 7, so that means that timings get pushed. We try and aim for lunch by 11:30 so she can nap 12-2 and that helps keep bedtime a bit more consistent. If she doesn't wake up until 7 (rare) then we might skip her morning snack or offer her a bit less as she will be having her lunch close to what would then be her snack time
We’re up at 5.30/6, breakfast at 7/7.30, snack around 9.30, lunch at 11.30ish, nap for an hour, snack at 1.30ish, dinner at 3.30/4. Then 5oz-6oz of milk before bed at 6.30
@Kathryn thank you! And what time would bedtime roughly be
Annoyingly at the moment she's pushing 8pm 😂 It was between 7 and 7:30 though, so we're now looking to shorten her nap to an hour and a half to see if we can get bed time a bit earlier
The only thing I'm really routine based with is bed time at 7pm. I base the rest on what time she wakes up i.e if she wakes up at 6 I'll aim for an 11-1 nap, lunch after. If she wakes up closer to 7 I'll sometimes do early lunch then a 12.30-2ish nap. her tea time is all over the place too because it depends what time my childminder has given her lunch that day. What I'm trying to say is ours is always adaptable/ever changing I'm not rigid with it x
