Any moms here chop their hair off after kids?? 😂 Do you regret it?

I used to have a short shoulder length cut and decided to grow it out (which took nearly 3 years) but now I’m ready to go short again. I don’t want to regret it, but I never have time to style my hair as it is with a toddler. It’s so long and thick and usually just gets thrown back in a bun/clip. Help!!!

I didn't chop my hair but I did gave my self bangs and I love them lol it gives me 70s mom vibes

I chopped mine off and 100% regret it 😅 it took me years to grow it almost down to my butt and now i can't grow it past my boobs 🥲

No ill never cut my hair because it doesnt really grow anymore

I cut mine from chest length to chin length after my first because he would always grab it. I wish I kept it shoulder length, but besides that I didn’t regret it

I cut mine and it over stimulated me because I couldn't tie it back and it now keeps getting in my face

I cut mine and I regret it so much!! Now is always on my face 🤣

I chopped mine off to the top of my shoulders right before my son was born and omg I hated it. I don’t look good with short hair, partially because it is soo thick. Don’t do it! Just leave it long and put it in a bun it’s so much easier than trying to pull back short hair!

I usually keep my hair in a chin length bob, but I actually grew it out while I was pregnant. I could only stand it longer for a few months before I went back to the bob. I do regret the shorter layers I tried this time because it looks weird if you don’t maintain it, but they’re mostly grown out now and I’ll be able to fix it soon.

I had butt length hair and cut it to a bob after baby 2 and 3. I can still pull it into a ponytail. I have no regrets at all. My hair is thick and curly and I had it pulled up everyday. It gets so hot when it's long and my littles loved to pull it. If you want to cut it just do it. If you hate it it's just hair and will grow back.

I’ve shaved mine twice now and first time was because of a car accident. I didn’t mind it but definitely missed my hair and still consider doing it whenever I feel the urge.

I had a breakdown about 7 months PP and cut 4 inches off my hair in my bathroom. It’s very blunt and choppy….but I do not regret it 🤣

It spiritually chops off negative energies. It’s a cleanse. However, I would try doing a wig for while. TIK TOk shop, Temu or Shein have some really awesome ones. You don’t want to regret it later, as I have before!

i chopped mine while pregnant w my first and NEVER AGAIN omfg worst mistake i ever made. postpartum w my second i was getting the itch to cut my hair again but i fought it off and im SO glad i did lol dye ur hair any color instead of cutting it fr

Don't do it! Lol its always instant regret with the short hair cuts 😫

Mine won’t grow past my bra line 🥲 I cut bangs in January and they’ve already grown an inch and a half but the rest of my hair isn’t and inch and a half longer 🤣

Nah never. Try having it in a half up half down the half up in a bun or loose, or plait or braid. I’m never going short I don’t even think my face shape would look good w that. Mine grows quick though Ike I chop off an inch every 2m I do overnight heatless curls when I need my hair done in a blowout the next day. Either 3 big rods w a silk scarf over, or I wrap my hair around a scrunchie then sleep w that on top of my head

I cut mine shortly after having my 2nd. It was a year and a half ago and it has barely grown😭 I miss my long hair so much!
