I found medela pumps are good. I will say (sorry to be negative) that exclusively pumping is really hard work. To keep your supply up you’ll need to pump every 2-3 hours (even through the night). Is it worth you considering breast feeding but maybe just pumping once/twice a day so your partner can help feed?

Defo invest in a good wearable pump. I used a mains connected one with my first and just felt like a prisoner! Apologies I can’t recommend one but also your supply is best during the early hours so annoying as it is, you may need to do a pump during the night x

@Em I second this. I exclusively pumped for 7 months and it was SOOOO hard. Baby was sleeping through the night and I was setting alarms every 3 hours to pump.

@Kate wow, 7 months?! I managed 6 weeks and that was enough for me
