Frozen Breastmilk Question
Are the spots in my milk normal? I’m assuming it’s just separation of stuff but I am worried as my son is 2mo old and in the 1st percentile for weight. Sorry if this is silly :)

Yes! Just milk fat separation 💗
Is this frozen? If so it's just the crystallisation. Once defrosted, just mix it all up and it'll be fine.

It’s just the fat. It’s a bit thicker and darker. Mine looked like this too. The more white spots the better!
