@Imogen definitely feels like it! I’m currently waiting to hear back from the physio and have tried different things to try and reduce it but nothing seems to help, one thing I haven’t tried is a belly band but think ill order one today! Thank you xx

Sounds like baby could have dropped, which explains the pressure. If you’re struggling with PGP, tell your midwife and she may be able to offer physio on the NHS to specifically help with this. Have you tried using a belly band to alleviate some of the weight/ pressure from your bump? You could also try some stretching or PGP specific exercises on the ball by looking up on TikTok/ YouTube?
